Birth Doula Services
Birth Doula Services
$350 - $700
For my birth doula services I offer a sliding scale between $350-$800 unless otherwise discussed. Please choose the cost which best suits your family and your situation. One half (1/2) of the fee is due at the time of contract signing and is non-refundable. The remainder is due 30 days prior to your estimated due date.
Prenatal
Complimentary consultation by phone or in person. There is no obligation after this meeting.
2 prenatal visits to discuss your pregnancy, review your birth plan, go over any questions or concerns, and discuss comfort measures for labor. I will be providing continuous support through email/text/phone throughout your pregnancy and postpartum period. Once 38 weeks arrives, I will be on call 24/7 for support until the birth your baby.
Labour and Birth
Unwavering, dedicated active labour support, up to, and including the birth.
Immediate postpartum support for 1-2 hours after the birth, including assistance in establishing breastfeeding/chest feeding.
Postpartum
1-2 visits at home or in hospital to assist with feeding and offer support and community resources if required.

One prenatal visit to discuss your pregnancy, review your birth wishes, go over any questions or concerns, and discuss procedures for delivery and recovery. I will be providing continuous support through email/text/phone throughout your pregnancy and postpartum period.
Delivery
Providing positive verbal encouragement, reassurance, praise, affirmation and validation.
Immediate recovery and postpartum support for 2-4 hours after the birth, including assistance with feeding and bonding.
Postpartum
1-2 visits at home or in hospital to assist with feeding and offer support or information.
